At Madore Collection you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed

• The item must have original labels

• The item must be in its original condition

Items that have been worn, damaged or washed will not be accepted.

After approval, you will receive further instructions and the return address. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the problem.
